Delivery Go to Top of Page
EMC Designs offer goods to the US, PR and Worldwide, EMC Designs reserve the right to take or cancel orders and ship outside US and PR. Order are sent using the US Postal Service. Delivery charges may change and you will be contacted. I do not take any responsibility for US Postal Service, UPS or any other carriers for delays beyond my control. If you need your order at a specific date write a message in the shopping cart or go to Contact Us page before ordering.


Delivery Time Go to Top of Page
will take place approx. 3-4 working days after your order is placed on items on stock; most designs are custom made when ordered and your order can take a few days or more and a week to be ready, then it will be shipped. Please do not use the eCheque payment option in PayPal unless you don’t need the items in a hurry. This is because the actual eCheque payment takes 5-10 days to clear, and then we have to wait for the amount to clear in our bank account. Altogether this process takes at least one week minimum. I do not take any responsibility for US Postal Service, UPS or any other carriers for delays beyond my control. In the event of a delivery problems EMC Designs will do their very best to get your parcel delivered at the earliest possible opportunity, shipping delays could be expected for reasons without my control like bad weather, strikes and any other reason, then EMC Designs is not accountable for this.

Descriptions and Images Go to Top of Page
EMC Designs try to describe the items of EMC Designs as accurately as possible, including images and measurements. I don’t want you to be unhappy with any of your purchase. I want you to know exactly what you are getting. If you would like more details about an item then please go to the Contact Us page and I will be glad to help if I can. Please note that some images may be larger than the actual size of the item, this is so I can show you the small details within the piece. If this is the case there can be measurements, to make sure you understand the actual size.

EMC Designs is not responsible for typographical errors that may appear on our online web site or jewelry store. The prices shown are for on-line shopping.


Insurance Go to Top of Page
EMC Designs and/or PayPal offer insurance to your order, and I would recommend you use this service, especially with expensive orders. If you have a special request for an item that you need quickly, please go to the Contact Us page and and I’ll see what I can do.


Orders Sent to a Different Address Go to Top of Page
If you need your order to be sent to another address please put this in the PayPal box that asks for your address – state which address is the delivery address, and which one the invoice should be sent to. Alternatively give all the details at checkout on the message area and we will be happy to do this for you. If the item is for a present please also include this information, so I can make sure the packaging is done appropriately. You can go to Contact Us page any time to send a message, etc.


Payments Go to Top of Page
EMC Designs is fully integrated to accept payments using PayPal. For new buyers, signing up for a PayPal account is now optional. If you don’t have a PayPal account you can pay with credit card, using PayPal with the option of registering or not. When you go to the Checkout page it will automatically take to PayPal secure payments page. If you do not already have an account with PayPal then you have the option of paying with or without registering. This doesn’t take long and it is very easy, all you will need is a credit card or bank account. Your financial information is not shared with EMC Designs or any other merchant when you use PayPal for your payments. EMC Designs did not accept payments with personal Checks.

All the items on this website are priced in US Dollars. EMC Designs offer goods to the US, PR and Worldwide, EMC Designs reserve the right to take order and ship outside US and PR. Order are sent using the US Postal Service. Delivery charge may change and you will be contacted. Prices and availability may change without notice.


Returns Exchanges and Refunds Go to Top of Page
Returns and Refunds are not available on custom made orders and personalized pieces like Name Bracelets, etc. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on returns. For health reasons, earrings cannot be returned and are not refundable. Shipping and transaction fees are not refundable. Please go to the Returns & Exchanges page for more information. You must read the Returns & Exchanges page before ordering.


Tarnish Go to Top of Page
Gold Filled will not tarnish. Gold Filled or Rolled Gold will not tarnish, but will get dirty. Clean it with a soft rag, or preferably a jewelry cloth. Always store it in a jewelry box.

Sterling Silver normally will tarnish. Owners of sterling silver jewelry knows that it tarnish and that requires constant cleaning, if you don’t want to clean sterling silver, then you have the option of my 14 Kt gold filled jewelry, that will not tarnish. Sterling Silver will tarnish, it will need to be cleaned with a jewelers’ cloth, and if it is badly tarnished a little baking soda and water made into a paste can be rubbed onto it. If needed, you can scrub lightly with a toothbrush and the baking soda paste. Rinse well with water. Always store your jewelry in a jewelry box for safe keeping and protection against tarnish.

Most pieces are custom made to order, please allow 3-4 business days before shipping (excludes holidays and weekends).Some jewelry sold at EMC Designs are one of a kind, and so multiple items cannot be ordered. However, if there is a specific item you wish to order more of, please go to the Contact Us page and I’ll do my best to help.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can return your undamaged item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Your EMC Designs jewelry has been skillfully hand-crafted from fine raw materials of the best quality, like Sterling Silver, 14 Kt Gold Filled, Semi-precious, Precious Gems and synthetic stones. My jewelry has a 30 day guarantee. The gemstones are guaranteed at the point of sale. Any cracks, natural cracks, scratches, or breakage after sale are not covered by any guarantee. For out of guarantee jewelry, we will provide a price quote for repair or replacement, please contact us first. For returns secure the items securely wrapped in the original packing and include copy of original invoice. It is strongly recommended you insure the item as we will not be held responsible for loss or damages incurred while package travels. For a warranty inquiries please go to the Contact Us page. On repairs or replacements, I will strive to make it look as close as possible to the original piece. An exact duplicate may not be possible due to these pieces being unique, hand-crafted items and for that reason pair of earrings, etc. will be similar, but not an exact pair.
